We are going to be evicted, the car is going to be repossessed Monday, the electric off Monday. My husband started school and right after was laid off his job. It has taken two months, but we are so behind on bills we are going to be out on the street, without a car and nowhere to go. Family said they cannot help us- his parents live on SS and sis is single mom. We have applied for assistance twice- once it was denied because he was unemployed, second time because he was employed. ! We have four children under 5 years old! Hubby just made class president and is in training at his new job for store manager- his first paycheck is two weeks out and our lanlord AND the car company WILL NOT wait another week. The churches in the area we were referred to said they could help with some canned food, but not anything else. !

dear mel, while posting my own prayer request i was moved by yours. i know how hard it could be to live in precarity, but God is in control! I will pray for you, and hope that the answr is not going to be long...Your sister in Christ
