Smoking, no thanks, I don't smoke

Do you say things like, “I just can’t help it!”, “I just have to have nicotine!”, or “I guess I’m just bound by cigarettes, I can’t get free! I’ve tried, I’ve fasted, I’ve prayed and sent prayer requests, but I just can’t get free!”

Do you really want to give up? If the answer is YES, you probably have tried many ways to accomplish this in your own strength. YES?

There is only one way and that is with the help of Jesus. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. In the Bible it says,” I can do anything through Jesus Christ our Lord”.

This is one big problem you have but it is easily fixed. All of these words that you have spoken and continue to speak are all negatives. You need to exalt God above it. You are made in the image of God. You have the God given ability to create and the ability to destroy with our words, like God. Jesus spoke creation into being as recorded in Genesis 1. He also spoke to the fig tree in Matthew Chapter 21 verses 18 - 22 and it died immediately. Most people don’t take this seriously enough.

I’m not going to ask you to throw your cigarettes away! But it won’t be long before YOU throw them away!

This is what you do. EVERYTIME you go in and buy a packet of cigarettes, when you walk out the door, you say, I’M FREE FROM CIGARETTES. I’M FREE FROM NICOTINE. I’M FREE. It’s important that you speak the words out loud.

Then when you open the packet and take one out, you say, I’M FREE FROM THESE. Then when you light it up and you take that first drag, you say,
THANK YOU LORD, I’M FREE FROM CIGARETTES. In between most puffs and with EVERY cigarette you say ALL these things. When you lay the packet beside your bed before going to sleep, you say, THANK YOU LORD, I AM FREE. Therefore, when you are still smoking, these are the things you should say. It may seem ridiculous to you but then how seriously are you about giving up this addiction? Keep smoking but remember to say these words EVERYTIME you take a puff from a cigarette.

NEVER AGAIN SAY YOU SMOKE. Treat those former words like curse words.

NEVER AGAIN SAY I CAN’T GET FREE.

NEVER AGAIN SAY I’M BOUND.

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER!

Do not let it come out of your mouth. If you speak these words you will become free of cigarettes. Isn’t that what you want? Now it is up to you. Believe me; it will not be long before you are free. Praise the Lord.
